Merge PDFs

Merge PDFs puts other documents after the one you have open, in the order you choose, and gives you back a single combined file.

How to do it

  1. Open the PDF you want first — it stays first.
  2. In the Organize tools, choose Merge PDFs....
  3. Click Add PDFs... and choose the files.
  4. They're listed after the current one, in order.
  5. Click the Merge Files button — it shows the count (for example, Merge 3 Files).

What to know

  • The result is a new file. When you Save, RaioPDF asks for a new file name, so your original documents are left untouched.
  • The current PDF stays first; the ones you add follow in the order shown.
